BICYCLES TOURS IN OVIÑANA

KAYAK

This sport has a long tradition in Asturias where are several navigable rivers, the most famous El SELLA. Yearly, the first Saturday of August, it is celebrated the International Descend of Sella River. It is worthy to see, sport, fun and  fiesta, hand to hand. So spectacular and less crowded is NALÓN river, only 20 minutes from the hotel. The company Skimosport S.L organizes the kayaking including the canoe, the equipment, picnic and instructors. HIKKING

There are routes suitable for everybody and different duration and length in Cudillero municipality, where we are. Less than 3 hours, you can choose one route from CUDILLERO village until EL PITO, or from LAMUÑO village until the beach of LA CONCHA DE ARTEDO or from OVIÑANA until the beach of SAN PEDRO.

For longer route, we recommend the trail, signaled as PR A 272, in the hills, called Brañas Vaqueiras and the route of Miradores (Viewpoints), which is a pave path parallel to the coast line between El AGUILAR beach and SAN ESTEBAN DE PRAVIA, about 9 km.

We can not forget the coastal PILGRIMAGE ROUTE to Santiago de Compostela, perfectly signalled with a scallop shell sign and passes just in front of the hotel!

AND WHEN IT RAINS?

Just take your raincoat and umbrella with you and do as if it was not raining! However for those who don not like the Orballo (Asturias drizzle), there are several indoors activities, we recommend the following ones:
